Model Answer: 

The given bar chart illustrates the percentages of female unemployment in the four countries England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Island of the U.K. in the years 2013 and 2014.

Overall, it is clear that the unemployment rate went downward in England, Wales, and Northern Island in 2014. However, Scotland showed a contrast picture in this regard in comparison to the other three countries.

In 2013, 6.80% women were unemployed in England, but the percentage became 6.50% in 2014. In the similar way, both Wales and Scotland created more job opportunities to exhort women to get themselves involved in various types of jobs. As a result, the percentage of unemployment was 5.40% in Wales in 2013. Nevertheless, it dropped in the next year and became 5%. If we analyse the scenerio of Northern Island, we will see that 5.60% women were unemployed in 2013. 1% of the unemployment rate was decreased in the following year.  On the contrary, the rate of unemployment got higher in Scotland in 2014. It became 6.70% from 6.10%. Several factors might be responsible for this case such as failure in creating work facilities for women, the sense of discrimination, the restraint of women's freedom etcetera.
